I was surprise when I saw a report from Bandila, a evening news program in ABS-CBN, about a blog entry written by Ella. Ella is volunteer in DSWD (Department of Social Welfare and Development) who helps in repacking relief goods for the victims of Typhoon Ondoy and Typhoon Pepeng. She discovered that some of the relief goods where rotting in DSDW warehouse. Some of the goods donated from the foreign countries were not even touched yet. This is the warehouse of DSWD full of donated relief goods. Most of the it were not yet distributed to the people. The typhoon was almost one month ago.

Coleman camp beds(picture above) .According to Ella ,this is not included in the relief goods intended for typhoon victims but instead they only give "banig." (picture below)
This is the only goods distributed to the typhoon victims. Most are locally made products.
