The case is now dismissed.That is the verdict of Chavit Singson, duly accused by ex-lived-in partner Rachel "Che" Tiongson where in they have five children. Che had withdrawn her accusation for the sake of her children. She believes the future of her kids will be at stake if she continues her plight. Giving in for an out of court settlement is the best decision she thought of after heading for the advices of the Presiding Judge.Meanwhile, Chavit claims that he is ready to release Che if she was only frank about it. However, close friends of the couple, Annabelle Rama and Nadia Montenegro work hand-in-hand for a possible reconciliation of the duo. Sounds as if love is getting sweeter the second time around.
