I'll Be There by Michael Jackson and The Jacksons

You and I must make a pact
We must bring salvation back
Where there is love, Ill be there

Ill reach out my hand to you,
Ill have faith in all you do
Just call my name and Ill be there

Chorus:
And oh - Ill be there to comfort you,
Build my world of dreams around you
Im so glad that I found you
Ill be there with a love thats strong
Ill be your strength, Ill keep holding on
Yes I will, yes I will

Let me fill your heart with joy and laughter
Togetherness, well thats all Im after
Whenever you need me, Ill be there
Ill be there to protect you
With an unselfish love I respect you
Just call my name and Ill be there

(chorus)

If you should ever find someone new
I know hed better be good to you
cos if he doesnt, Ill be there

Dont you know, baby, yeah yeah
Ill be there, Ill be there, just call my name, Ill be there

(just look over your shoulders, honey - ooh)

Ill be there, Ill be there, whenever you need me, Ill be there

Dont you know, baby, yeah yeah
Ill be there, Ill be there, just call my name, Ill be there...

A Good Breakfast Prevents Heart Attack

When I was in grade school, I'm always late at school. The reason of my tardiness? Breakfast! I spend almost an hour eating my meal. Before, I hate to eat early in the morning. But I had no choice, my mom always remind me to don't skip breakfast or else no daily allowance for school. She also said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Do you know that according to research, having breakfast can help prevent strokes, heart attack and sudden death. Between 6:00 a.m and noon, the frequency of heart attack, sudden death and stroke peaks, with the highest incidence being between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.. Platelet, tiny elements in the blood that keep us from bleeding to death if we get a cut, can clump together inside our arteries due to cholesterol or laque buildup in the artery lining.

These platelets become the most activated in the morning and tend to form internal blood clots at the greatest frequency. To prevent the morning platelet activation, have a good breakfast. Studies conducted at Memorial University in St Johns, Newfoundland, found out that eating a light, very low-fat breakfast was critical in modifying the morning platelet activation. Eating cereals like oatmeal or flakes in the morning will keep your platelets from sticking together, keep blood clots from forming and head off a potential heart attack or stroke.
