The launching project of Empress Shuck entitled Rosalka started airing yesterday May 17,2010. Empress here plays a very challenging role with Matt Evans and Felix Roco as her leading men. As a new dramatic star of ABS-CBN, she has to prove her worth as the next big dramatic star of the generation. Dubbed as the Empress of Drama, Empress is lucky enough for the nice build-up, original story, veteran directors and 100% support from her leading men and the management. Her other co-stars are all versatile, no question about that. Take Nikki Bacolod who plays "kontra-bida". Her acting capacity can level up with other young breed of stars she can give justice to any role given her. I love Binoy Padilla. He fits well as a host in Wowowie. Yes, it is just appropriate that Willie be kicked-out in the said noon-time show. He is braggart. As if he owns the whole show. His staff are not comfortable everyday they do the show. He scolds in public, anybody can be embarrassed. He shouts right at your face.

Kris On The Go

I love the synchrony of the attires of Kris, Boy and KC last Sunday, D Buzz episode, May 16,2010. Kris had been behaving so well. Even last nights Pilipinas Got Talent episode (May 15). I can see a very quite Kris very humble and not so talkative, just thanking every province for the percentage of votes Not got from each area. We are sad to hear that Kris might be leaving some of her shows. No, we can't allow that to happen. We love to see her in her shows, with the intellect that she has, nobody matches her.

Willie Revillame, Out of Circulation?

What happened to our idol Willie? We really miss his style. Wowowie is nothing without him. So Willie, apologize to the ABS-CBN Management and to the million of fans who were mad at you for your unbecoming gestures.

He might be financially stable by now but its now all money that counts. It is the commitment together with the values that you have stored within you that should prevail so that no amount of immaturity can ever spoil such a good show. Grow up man!

Marriage -Not yet My Priority

According to our President elect, Noynoy Aquino, marriage is still far from his placs after his oathtaking." I have many priorities in life in serving the nation so that I don't consider settling down as a brilliant idea as of this moment," said the lucky guy when asked about his First Lady. There is no appropriate term for his girlfriend, Shalani Soledad since wedding bells will not ring that soon. He said to have talked with the apple of his eyes and she understand him that it should be the country first before personal happiness. As we can see, Noy had several hair left on his forehead, they might fall when he is already in Malacañang.

Synopsis:

Forced to find a job as his family's breadwinner, Noy (Coco Martin) poses as a journalist commissioned to come up with a documentary following the campaign trail of his namesake and top Presidential bet, Senator Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III for the 2010 Philippine National Elections.

The film, infused with actual documentary footage, inter-cut with dramatic scenes deals with themes of poverty, survival and hope for the Filipino family.

In the country like ours where employment is scarce, our youth would rather unfold their talents and attach to talent scouts, go for the appropriate training and try the movies. Others join the Pilipinas Got Talent but it's hard to excel because we are flooded with talented ones. But if you really have the looks and some connections, fame is just a stones throw. Look at Andi Eigenmann, a mestiza and daughter of Mark Gil and Jacklyn Jose. She started just recently and now she has gone that far. Her first primetime Teleserye "Agua Bendita" is making good. Its rating soared up to 39% more. It is obvious, she can't still act pretty well but established her name thru her parents. Now ,she is trying to follow a pattern of her own in acting. Maybe she can do much better if given beautiful script, then paired to our high-calibered actors like Gerald Anderson, Coco Martin to name a few.

I think Mother Lily Monteverde has that foresight, so she immediately had Andi for a three picture contract. You can just imagine a star builder like Mother, you will really shine.
