It is a great pride for us Filipinos to have Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao as cover boy of the Time Magazine-Asia edition this November 2009. He is the only Filipino who made our country so popular almost in the entire world. He is so loved by people that he gained so much respect thereby calling him a Greek or a Roman Hero. His strength and prowess gave us great hope to be distinguished in the whole Universe. Other countries idolized him so much and so we are.He is the next Filipino to appear in the cover of Time Magazine after President Corazon Aquino when she declared democracy in the Philippines last 1986 ans was featured as the first Filipina to become President in the country. A five (5) page feature story covers his life story and achievements in and out of the ring. And to add spice to that, a portion of his love affair might stir your heart. This issue will come out this November.
Manny, a great fighter of all times had so much to share to the world. In the Philippines, he made several commercial endorsements and appeared in the some TV shows. He made films also paired to different showbiz personalities being rumored to be romantically linked to him. He significantly made a noise in showbiz. Not only that, his wife Jinky and four (4) kids already have joined the TV advertisements and commercials. And would you believe that his mother Mommy "Dionisia" Pacquiao is already making names in both TV commercials and movies? At this point, according to Manny Pacquiao, his mom is more popular than he is.
The next fight of Manny is on November 14,2009 versus Miguel Cotto, a Puerto Rican at Las Vegas, Nevada.
