Less intellect, low pay and inadequate training, those are only some of the major problems being encountered by our PNP. In fact, there are less facilities like motorcycles, jeep or vehicles to be used in the operation. If there are vehicles, no budget for fuels. And since they are paid less then try to enrich themselves in some otherways.

They should be given good salaries to complete or even more than and above the rest to attract intellectual person to join the police forces. Things like this teaches a lesson, hoping the government will take it seriously.
