The People's Champ, Manny Pacquiao plants to do portion of his training at Batasang premises. He can do jogging at the spaceous lawn. There is a Sports Arena in the vicinity. However, Speaker Sonny Belmonte disallowed this fearing that many Congressmen will just observe Pacquiao in his training sessions than do their concerns at the session hall.
