One of the most controversial massacres ever during the 90' is the Vizconde Massacre. How could we forget the painful fate of the Vizcondes to the hands of the so called addicts the son's of prominent people in Manila? Until now, justice was not absolutely served to the family according to Mr Lauro Vizconde. Although most of them are now serving in prison, the verdict held by Judge Amelita Tolention for them, still two are at large.
The prime suspect who is Hubert Webb, son of Basketball player Freddie Webb also once a senator, was allowed by the supreme court for a DNA test of a semen samples from him. It is the Supreme court who will order the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to undergo the test at the UP National Science Institute. Freddie Webb was happy about the little hope for his son, but not Mr. Vizconde. In basketball games, there are foul-plays.
