A Hero's Welcome For Pacquiao, Will It Be The Last?

One week after his victorious fight against Joshua Clottey, Manny is back and welcomed by million of Filipinos upon his arrival in Manila. He stayed in a hotel with his family, heard mass in Quiapo, dropped by MalacaƱang Palace for courtesy to the Madam President, then proceeded with his caravan in certain areas in Manila. He said, he'll set aside boxing for the meantime as he will be concentrating more on his endorsements for Presidentiable Manny Villar. He made it clear to the public that such move if him do not have any cash involvement. It can be noticed that Villar is always beside Pacman. On the contrary, Villar said that Manny will get whatever is due for a political arm like him. As we ll knew, The People's Champ will run for a congressional seat in the Saranggani Province.

One thing Manny said to the eager Filipino fans is the possibility of considering his mother's request which is to quit boxing. Many boxing aficionados felt sorry about the announcement and that includes the World Boxing Organization.
