It is final and he is firm about it. the Mighty Punch Manny Pacquiao will see himself in the roster of the Legislative body of the land. He filed his COC (certificate of candidacy) yesterday,December 1,2009 for Congressman in Sarangani. He believes that he will be more effective as a good samaritan if he joins the government service. He will be running under the umbrella of the Nacionalista Party with Manny Villar for President and Loren Legarda for Vice-President. hoping he will win this 2nd time around
