Foreign tourist in Boracay were caught displaying sexual acts along the open beaches. Watchful eyes also spotted local movie celebrities doing the same. It seemed as though they do not consider the conservative traits of Filipinos. Local official should look into these. Proper punishment must be imposed whether foreign or local tourists. Since we are dealing with a local tourists destination, Philippine customs and traditions must be considered to preserve our moral values.
