Couples who are madly in love with each other desire for an immediate marriage. Usually, early marriages end-up to nothing but separation. Seldom are couples who started living together while very young, thus before reaching their silver wedding anniversary , still enjoy the companionship of one another. The immediate solution is nothing but legal separation or annulment of marriage.
In Congress, one layman, congressman Neri Colminares proposed for making the procedure of annulment easier, less expensive and less time-consuming. He considers threee simple grounds to pursue the plans of an aggrieved party namely: abandonment, infedility and physical abuse. He further elaborated that psychological incapacity still be considered as an additional ground.
