A Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) was not grandted by the court for ABS-CBN asking release of it versus Willie Revillame who is transferring to a different channel and will be doing a show. However, he is just instructed by the court to prepare a bond of P426 Million for the damages that may result in the airing of his new show before October 27, 2010. ABS-CBN President Charo Santos aired the sentiments of the management for the new court decision but assured the public of its continued fight for deliverance of justice.
