Jerry Peñalosa | Farewell Fight | 10-10-10




21 years of professional boxing career, Gerry "Fearless" Peñalosa is ready to hang his boxing gloves. Peñalosa, 38 years old will fight 22 year old Yodsaenkeng Kietmangmee of Thailand in October 10,2010 at Zamboanga City Coliseum. Peñalosa said, "After this fight, there is no coming back." He is happy discussing about his retirement last October 4,2010 at PSA Sports Forum at Shakey's in U.N. Avenue, Manila. "I've decided to retire. Im happy and contented with what I've achieved in boxing and what the sport has given me. Each fight is important to me especially when I fight before my countrymen" said Peñalosa who was joined in the forum by newly appointed games and amusements Board Chairman Juan Ramon Guanzon and his friend, former PBL Commisioner Chino Trinidad.
