After graduating from a 10-day course on Public Administration and Governance given by the Development of the Philippines, the People's Champ Manny Pacquiao is confident that he could do a better service to his constituents in Sarangani now that he is equipped with the basic knowledge in Legislation. And to add it more, he decided to join the Liberal Party together with 28 other new Congressmen to strengthen the former minority group of the opposition. And now to make things easy for the Legislator to bring home to his people in Sarangani his Pork Barrel, he sworn in to join the new administration's Party, (LP). The boxer appealed to his people back home to give him, the reasons to serve them with sincerity not a hindrance for delivering good services to the people of his home province.
